Brief
Grosvenor Asia Pacific asked us to film a new 41 storey luxury residential scheme in Hong Kong to be shown individually to high value clients in mainland China who would normally buy off-plan but, because of the location, might need additional persuasion.
Solution
Aerial sequences show the building at its best but no stabilised mounts were available locally so we filmed handheld out the door and stabilised the shots in the edit. We digitally remodelled parts of the film extensively to show the scheme and its surroundings as they will be when complete. The film has been very useful in overcoming resistance to what is a new location in Hong Kong for such a premium residential scheme.
